• Transcripts, summaries, Scripture references, and notes you create or save;
• Clipboard content used for imports.

• Device identifier for anonymous login;
• Device information (device model, operating system, app version);
• App usage data (features used, crashes, performance data).

We use your information to:

• Provide audio recording, content import, transcription, and AI analysis features;
• Save, organize, and synchronize your transcripts, summaries, and notes;
• Maintain and improve app functionality;
• Fix bugs and improve performance;
• Ensure the security of our services.

Our app does not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Our App uses AI technology to transcribe audio and generate summaries. When you use these features:

• We request microphone permission when you record;
• Audio and text may be sent to servers to generate transcripts and summaries;
• We do not use your recordings or notes to train general-purpose AI without your separate consent;
• Your recordings and notes are not public by default. You control sharing and export.

• Your data is associated with an anonymous device identifier;
• Saved recordings, transcripts, summaries, and notes are stored securely;
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect data transmission;
• No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

We only share anonymous information with:

• Service providers essential for app operation (cloud hosting, crash reporting);
• Legal authorities if required by law.

We never sell any information.

You can:

• Delete notes or your account in the App;
• Control app permissions in your device settings;
• Delete the app to remove all local data;
• Contact us to request data deletion.

This App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. We use anonymous login and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

• Your account information and saved content are kept while you use the App, unless you delete them;
• If you delete the app, your local data is removed;
• Anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
