Welcome to BibleMemo, a sermon recording and AI note-taking app operated by the BibleMemo team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the App.

This App is for personal study and note-taking. Children should use the App under parental supervision and with any consent required by applicable law. Our Privacy Policy (available in the App) is part of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. You agree to provide and maintain accurate account information. You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may automatically update the App to improve functionality or security.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any related systems or networks;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without our express written permission;
• Upload any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

The transcription, summary, and analysis results generated by this App are for informational purposes only. Each transcription and analysis is based on the App version and AI models in use at the time of processing. The results relate only to the content submitted for that particular request. Results may vary depending on audio quality, background noise, speech clarity, and the completeness of the source content.

You keep the rights you have in the content you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process it only as needed to provide and secure the App. We do not sell your content or use it to train general-purpose AI models without your separate consent. You must have the rights needed to submit and process your content.

The App, its software, design, name, and logos belong to the BibleMemo team or our licensors. Sermons, Bible translations, recordings, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Using the App does not give you permission to republish third-party content.

We are constantly improving and supplementing our services. This means that we may add or remove features, products or functions or completely suspend or terminate the services. We may take any of these measures at any time. If we do, we will try to inform you in advance, but this will not always be possible.

BibleMemo aims to provide useful transcripts and study materials. However, results may vary with recording quality, background noise, language, source content, and the AI technology used. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

The App enables you to import sermon and study content from supported third-party platforms (such as YouTube) through features such as clipboard-based link detection or manual pasting. We do not control these platforms or guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, availability, or quality of their content, advertisements, or links. You must comply with the applicable terms and privacy policies of those platforms when using their content.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You may terminate your use by deleting the App. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. We may modify these Terms with notice through the App.
